If you are about to go on holiday or into hospital for an operation and you still haven't made your Wills, we can prepare and have your Will drafted within a very short time frame. 

We just need one meeting with you. We will then prepare a simple Will for you. You then sign the document and take this away with you. 

Alternatively, we will come to your home or office, discuss what you wish to put in your Will, draft it up and then return to you to have it signed and witnessed. We provide this service for individuals based in Kent and further afield. We will charge a nominal fee for travel. 

Our costs for this service would depend on your personal circumstances and the complexity of the will that is being prepared.  We will be able to give a full quote of our work before proceeding with the preparation of the document. Our costs for a standard Will is from £150.00.
